Milton Moore is an experienced educator specializing in special education, currently serving as an Autism Special Education Teacher and Autism Unit Director at SpringBrook Behavioral Health since February 2021. From September 2013 to the present, Milton has also worked as a Long Term Substitute Teacher and Special Education Teacher with Baltimore City Public Schools. Prior experience includes a role as an Elementary Education Teacher with Philadelphia Public Schools from September 1995 to September 1998. Milton holds a Master of Education degree in Special Education and Teaching from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, earned between February 1994 and June 1995.
