Joshua Schlafer

Joshua Schlafer started their work experience as a Computer Repair Technician at Hartwick College in 2003. Joshua then worked at ESPN, where they held various roles, including Support Analyst, Associate Systems Administrator, Senior Systems Administrator, and Manager of Remote Technologies Service & Support. In 2017, Joshua joined Ricoh USA, Inc. as a Services Development Manager. Currently, they are working as the Associate Director of Information Technology at Springbrook NY, Inc.

Joshua Schlafer attended Mohawk Valley Community College from 2000 to 2001, where they studied Computer Information Systems. Joshua has also obtained several additional certifications including ETA Certified Fiber Optics Installer in 2012, ITIL Version 3 Foundation in 2011, Project Management Essentials in 2010, Visio Professional 2007, 2008 Level 1 and Level 2 in 2009, MAC OS X Help Desk Essentials and MAC OS X Server Essentials in 2006, and CompTIA A+ Certification in 2004.
