Phil Daniels

Phil Daniels has a diverse work experience in various advisory, board of director, and investor roles. Currently, they are serving as the President and Partner at Cosgrove Partners, a management advisory firm that assists businesses in transition. Prior to this role, Phil was an Advisor at Prolific, where they provided strategic guidance and execution practices to partners. Phil also served on the Board of Directors at Springbuk, a health intelligence platform, and Qualifi, a screening platform for high volume recruiters. Additionally, Phil has been involved in advisory and investor roles at Preventia, Ivy Ventures, Rally Ventures, Dundee Venture Capital, and Heartland Ventures. Phil is also a member of YPO.

Phil Daniels completed their education with a B.A. in Business Administration from Hanover College, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Phil then pursued further education at the Wisconsin School of Business from 2002 to 2004, earning an MBA with a focus on Marketing.
