Brendan Mullen

Brendan Mullen is the Founder and CEO of MKS2 Technologies, the largest SDVOSB in Austin, Texas, recognized as one of Austin's FAST50 by the Austin Business Journal and ranked as the #1 fastest-growing privately-owned company in Austin by Inc. Magazine in 2017. Mullen serves as a Limited Partner at Squadra Ventures, Springdale Ventures, and Moonshots Capital, and has invested in Sabot Development, participating in significant acquisitions in Austin. In addition, Mullen is an X-Force Senior Executive Fellow at the National Security Innovation Network and has been a member of the advisory panel at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. Mullen also has a political background as the Democratic Nominee for U.S. Congress in a highly competitive race, alongside prior leadership as Chief Operating Officer at Halfaker and Associates. Mullen holds a BS in Systems Engineering with a focus on American Legal Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
