Sharon Reddehase is a highly accomplished business leader with over 30 years of experience in building and scaling businesses across various sectors, including technology, software, investment, and consumer packaged goods. Currently a Founding Partner at NorthStar Ops and Chief Operating Officer at Springdale Ventures, Sharon has a strong focus on operational efficiency and promoting transformative consumer brands. Past roles include COO at NamelessCPG, Executive Director at Naturally Network, Vice President at Notley, and Managing Partner at ATX Insurance Solutions, among others. A dedicated advocate for women's empowerment in business, Sharon also served on the Board of Directors for Girlstart to support STEM education for young women. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business and executive education from Wharton.
