Andy Au has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as a Product Support Specialist Level 3 at Springer-Miller Systems since September 2009, after progressing from Level 2A. Prior experience includes roles as a Help Desk Technician at Simpressions and Help Desk Support at Allergan Canada, both in 2009, as well as Technical Services at Brilliant Hotelsoftware from July 2003 to December 2008. Andy Au earned a Diploma in Network Specialist from triOS College between 2002 and 2003.
