Benjamin Martindale

Benjamin Martindale is a seasoned editor with extensive experience in academic publishing, currently serving as a Senior Editor at Nature Portfolio since August 2019, where responsibilities include editing for Nature Catalysis and also for Nature Communications. Prior roles include Associate Editor positions at Springer Nature Group, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University from February 2017 to July 2019. Benjamin's academic foundation includes a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Chemistry from the University of Oxford, coupled with research experience as a Postdoctoral Associate and teaching assistant at the University of Cambridge and multiple summer research positions at the University of Oxford.
