Jian Jin

Jian JIN is currently a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University since November 2019. In addition to this role, Jian JIN serves as a reviewer for prestigious journals, including IEEE Transactions on Image Processing and IEEE Transactions on Multimedia under the IEEE Signal Processing Society since March 2017, and for the EURASIP Journal on Image and Video Processing with Springer Publishing Company since the same date. Prior experience includes working as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Simon Fraser University from December 2016 to May 2018. Jian JIN holds two Doctor of Philosophy degrees, one from Beijing Jiaotong University in 3-D image and video compression and rendering with a focus on signal processing, and another from Simon Fraser University concentrating on image/video processing, machine learning, and deep learning.
