Shuai Wang

Shuai Wang serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Biowater Technology AS since July 2017, and also holds the position of Expert in the EUREKA Expert Community since January 2023, contributing to international R&D and innovation efforts. Additionally, Shuai Wang evaluates research funding proposals for various European funding schemes in water and wastewater treatment and waste management since January 2020. As a reviewer for Springer Publishing Company and a member of the International Water Association’s Specialist Groups, Shuai Wang is actively involved in advancing sanitation and wastewater management knowledge. Previous roles include Process Engineer and Researcher at Biowater Technology, and PhD Researcher focusing on biogas processes and industrial waste treatment at the University College Southeast Norway. Shuai Wang holds an Executive MBA and a PhD in Hazardous Industrial Waste Management, complementing an academic background in energy and environmental technology and biological engineering.
