Zeki Erkin

Zeki Erkin serves as the Editor in Chief for the Eurasip Journal on Information Security at Springer Publishing since January 2023. Concurrently, Zeki operates as a cyber security and privacy consultant and trainer at ZEC Security & Privacy, and holds the position of Associate Professor at Technische Universiteit Delft since February 2010, where responsibilities include leading the Executive Master Program in Cyber Security. Zeki has also contributed as a tenured Assistant Professor in the Cyber Security Group and as a Post-doctoral Researcher within the ICT Next Generation initiative. Additional roles include chairing the IEEE SPS Information Forensics and Security Technical Committee and serving on the Cyber Security Next Generation Steering Committee. Previous academic appointments at Radboud University Nijmegen and an internship at Nortel Networks complement Zeki's extensive background in security and privacy, supported by a Ph.D. and two master's degrees in Computer Engineering from prominent institutions.
