Nikki Rorabaugh possesses extensive experience in membership development and planning within various organizations. Currently serving as a Membership Development Representative and previously as a Coordinator at Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce since October 2021, Nikki also operates as an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner for Magical Vacations LLC since May 2013. Prior roles include Director of Development at Central Christian School, Instructor at Dale Carnegie, and Associate Director of Development at Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, Nikki held the position of Membership Director at Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce and Training Consultant at Dale Carnegie. Nikki holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Central Methodist University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
