Dan Spencer

Dan Spencer serves as General Counsel at Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC since June 2021 and has held a similar position at CZ-USA since December 2012, where responsibilities also include serving as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior experience includes membership at Spencer Law Firm, LLC from July 2008 to December 2012 and an associate role at Laster & Miller P.A. from July 2006 to June 2008. Dan Spencer holds a law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law and has a background in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the University of Kansas, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, International Studies from the same institution, with additional studies at the University of Leicester.
