Phil Rawlings has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Phil most recently worked as the Vice President of Sales and Law Enforcement at Springfield Armory, Inc. starting in September 2021. Prior to that, Phil served as the Director of Sales at Smith & Wesson from October 2017 to November 2021. Phil also held the role of North American Sales Manager for T/C (Thompson Center Arms), a division of Smith & Wesson, from September 2015 to October 2017.
Before joining Smith & Wesson, Phil worked as a National Account Manager at Smith & Wesson from August 2009 to August 2015. Phil also has experience in the non-profit sector, having worked as a Regional Field Supervisor for the Kentucky/Tennessee region of The National Wild Turkey Federation from October 1997 to September 2008.
Phil's early career involved working as a Conservation Officer at the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources from October 1986 to September 1997. Throughout their various roles, Phil has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, as well as a proven ability to drive sales and generate revenue.
From 1992 to 1995, Phil Rawlings pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University.
