Springfield Museums
Richard Lyon currently serves as the Director of Facilities, Safety and Security at Springfield Museums, overseeing the daily operation and security of the buildings and visitors. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Facility Condition Consultant at JLL, where Richard conducted property inspections across various bank and office buildings in multiple states. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from the University of Connecticut and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Springfield Technical Community College.
