Cortez Luttrell

Cortez Luttrell is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as a Patrol Officer for the City of Springfield, Illinois, since January 2024. Additionally, Cortez provides armed security for Springfield Public Schools District 186, a role held since December 2021.
