Michael Payne, MBA, PE has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael started their career as an Engineering Intern at Reckitt in 1996. After this, they worked as an Engineering Intern / Project Manager at Paul Mueller Company in 1999. From 2000 onwards, they held various roles at Paul Mueller Company, including Project Manager, General Accounting Manager, Controller / Financial Manager, and Director of Operations / Finance. During their time at Paul Mueller Company, they were involved in multiple responsibilities such as managing projects, implementing ERP software, establishing open book management culture, and leading organizational restructures.
