Nicole Dalke

Nicole Dalke has an extensive background in human resources and management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Springfield Utility Board since June 2021 and as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Special Districts Association of Oregon since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager for the City of Eugene and Administrative Services Director at Willamalane Park and Recreation District, among other positions in local government. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Bushnell University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Northwest Christian University.
