Scott Beattie, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Finance and Accounting Manager at Springfree Trampoline and VerifEye Technologies. With extensive experience in overseeing corporate accounting departments, Scott ensures accurate financial reporting, manages accounts payable and receivable processes, coordinates corporate income tax compliance, and analyzes financial activities for budgeting and forecasting. Previously, Scott worked as a Senior Accountant, where responsibilities included financial consolidations, government reporting, and inventory management. Scott began a professional career at Islington Golf Course, progressing from Pro Shop Staff to Back Shop Manager, and served as a CMA Ambassador at Brock University while completing a BBA Honours in Accounting and Finance, followed by the CMA Strategic Leadership Program.
