Donna McCoy

Donna McCoy is an experienced business manager and accounts payable expert with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Business Manager and Office Coordinator at SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care since February 2018, Donna is responsible for insurance credentialing, processing invoices, managing credit card statements, conducting monthly reporting, maintaining employee files, and performing daily office duties. Prior to this role, Donna spent nearly 19 years at ResCare, where positions included Accounts Payable Manager, Accounts Payable Supervisor, and Accounts Payable Team Leader, focusing on managing high-volume accounts payable operations and processing month-end activities using Oracle Financials. Donna holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming/Applied Science from Jefferson Community College in Kentucky.
