Elise Ben-Yair

Elise (Trotter) Ben-Yair has a strong background in human resources and leadership roles. Elise is currently working as the Chief People & Culture Officer at The SpringHill Company. Previously, they held the position of SVP Human Resources at CBS Interactive, where they managed a team of 40 across various HR specialties. Before that, they served as the VP of People at BuzzFeed and VP Human Resources at NBCUniversal Media, LLC. Elise also has experience in consulting, as the Principal at Ben-Yair Consulting. Elise started their career in the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE and later worked as the E-business Client Relationship Manager at GE Money. Elise holds a Senior Director role in Global Compensation & Rewards at Merck & Co. from 2006 to 2007.

Elise (Trotter) Ben-Yair has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Psychology from Furman University. Elise also has completed coursework towards a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a thesis remaining. In 2023, they obtained a certification in executive/leadership/transition coaching from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Additionally, they have completed the Hudson Coach Certification Program.
