Géraldine Pamphile

Géraldine Pamphile has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as EVP, International at The SpringHill Company since September 2023. Before joining Aser Ventures, they were the Vice President of Business Development Metaverse, Content & Enterprise Solutions at Magic Leap from May 2019 to March 2021. Géraldine'searlier experience includes roles at the National Basketball Association (NBA), where they held positions such as Vice President, International Business Development, Global Media Distribution from April 2015 to May 2019 and Vice President, International Media Distribution and Global Merchandising Group, Asia Pacific from September 2009 to March 2015. Géraldine also co-founded TRACE and held roles such as Co-Founder and Vice President, Asia Pacific from September 2007 to September 2009, and Co-Founder and Vice President, Communication & Marketing from August 1999 to August 2007.

Géraldine Pamphile has a Master's degree in Marketing & Communication from ISC Paris. Géraldine also holds an MBA degree in Strategy in Business for China and India from The University of Hong Kong, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. In addition, they attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education program, specializing in The Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sport, which they completed in 2017.
