Allison Dhuy

Allison Dhuy has worked in the IT industry since 1993. Allison began their career as a receptionist at Forte Systems, followed by a customer support role at Users Incorporated. In 1996, they joined StrategicLink Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Applications Designer, where they worked closely with prospects and clients to identify if and how MOSS and/or WSS can enhance existing business processes. In 2011, they joined Springhouse Education and Consulting Services as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, where they sat at the helm of elevating client business productivity by educating clients and prospects on the Springhouse portfolio of services. Allison also mapped client goals and objectives to appropriate solutions and worked closely with client stakeholders. In addition, they served as Vice President of Operations, where they established a standardized set of processes in support of coordinating and facilitating the delivery of Springhouse consulting and educational services. Allison also regularly presented live online educational marketing events. Lastly, they served as Director of Strategic Process and Planning and Director of SharePoint Technologies, where they managed a sales team of four and a SharePoint consulting team of four. Allison also specialized in pre-sales consulting and became a Microsoft Qualified Customer Immersion Experience Facilitator.

Allison Dhuy's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Pittsburgh from 1990 to 1996 and attendance at Downingtown Senior High School from 1987 to 1990. Allison also has several certifications, including Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) from Scrum.org obtained in November 2020, Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org obtained in February 2020, Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) from Scrum.org obtained in March 2019, Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org obtained in March 2019, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft obtained in April 2012, and Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) US Qualified Facilitator from Microsoft.
