Meredith Redding

Meredith Redding is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant at Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community since August 2017, specializing in providing therapeutic interventions for the geriatric population. With a caseload of approximately 11 patients daily, Meredith effectively treats various diagnoses including Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and orthopedic conditions, while emphasizing patient education and safety. Prior to this role, Meredith gained diverse experience in sales and training through positions at Red Ventures as a Licensed Insurance Agent, Buchanan Technologies as a Technical Trainer, Signature Consultants as an Associate Recruiter, and Capstone Consultants as an Outside Sales Representative. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistance from Central Piedmont Community College.
