Porsche Cox

Porsche Cox is a seasoned education leader with extensive experience in various roles focused on school improvement and leadership development. Currently serving as Director of Leadership Development at Literacy Design Collaborative since June 2024 and as Content Expert & Visit Lead at Springpoint since November 2022, Porsche specializes in conducting site visits to partner schools, analyzing data, and providing actionable feedback. Previous roles include Principal-In-Residence at Achievement First and High School Principal at New Visions for Public Schools, where Porsche developed strategic initiatives for school transformation. Additional experience encompasses consulting for school and district improvement at the American Institutes for Research and operational management at Fahari Academy Charter School. Porsche holds an Ed.M in Educational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, an MS in Special Education from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, and a BS in Marketing and Multinational Business from Florida State University.
