Harsh Jain

Harsh Jain is a highly skilled software development engineer with a strong background in natural language processing and software development. Currently serving as SDE - II at Springworks since August 2022, Harsh has implemented a GenAI-based API utilizing the GPT-4o model for natural language data querying. Recently completing a role as a software developer at Deepchecks, notable achievements include optimizing model inference time for text toxicity prediction by 80% and developing applications for the Deepchecks LLM evaluation. Prior experience at Tata Consultancy Services involved work in the Microsoft Azure business unit, with a focus on Python, NodeJS, and NLP technologies, alongside an internship developing an NLP model for resume filtering. Harsh began the career as a chatbot content developer at AllinCall, where chatbot content was created to enhance customer service institutions. Harsh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Medicaps University.
