Virginia Smith, MBA, SHRM-CP currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources at Springs Charter Schools. In their previous role as Executive Director at The Main Street Academy, Virginia oversaw operations, facilities management, HR, benefits, and talent acquisition for the regional Public Charter school.
