Steve Bixler

Steve Bixler is the Vice President of Product Development at Springs Fabrication, Inc., where a pivotal role has been played in the company's evolution from a 20-employee firm in 1993 to a multi-facility custom design-build manufacturing leader serving various industries, including DOD and DOE. Responsibilities encompass strategic planning, program development, and compliance activities, as well as overseeing pre-manufacturing operations, which have led to significant department growth and process improvements. Prior experiences include positions as Engineering Manager, CAD/Drafting Manager, and roles in quality and welding program management. Earlier in their career, Steve Bixler contributed as a CAD Technician for the City of Colorado Springs and as a CAD Instructor at Technical Trades Institute after completing an Associate of Science degree in Electrical/Mechanical Design. Steve Bixler's foundational experience also includes service as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician in the United States Air Force.
