Tom Neppl

Tom Neppl has over three decades of experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Owner and CEO of Springs Fabrication Inc since January 1986, where responsibilities include providing management and vision for the organization. Additionally, Tom served as the Past Board Chairman of the Colorado Springs Regional Business Alliance from 2012 to 2014. Educationally, Tom attended Northwest Missouri State University from 1978 to 1981.
