Alessandra Eloy Gadelha

Mrs. Gadelha has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a master’s degree in business administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Prior to joining Springs Global, she has worked in the investor relations department at Vale S.A., from 2005 to 2009, and Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia S.A., from 2010 to 2015.
