John Carroll

John Carroll is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in crisis intervention and outpatient counseling. Currently serving as a Crisis Intervention Specialist at SpringVale Health Centers since June 2011, John Carroll provides direct mental health crisis services in emergency and inpatient settings, collaborating with medical staff. Previous roles include Solutions Provider at Progressive Auto Group, where a person-centric approach was utilized to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. John Carroll also worked as an Outpatient Mental Health Counselor at Community Mental Healthcare, Inc., providing comprehensive assessments and treatment, and as a Mental Health Counselor at Connections, specializing in grief psychotherapy for adults.
