Bharat Grover

Bharat Grover is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in business development, project management, and retail operations. Currently serving as Business Head and Head of Retail at Springwel Mattresses Pvt. Ltd. since August 2013, Bharat has successfully launched and managed retail networks for the Springwel and Tempur brands. Prior to this role, Bharat was Vice President at GTHS Retail Private Limited, where 26 mono brand stores were launched, and involved in merchandise planning. As Country Head at Koutons Retail India Ltd. from August 2002 to March 2012, Bharat led sales and marketing efforts across India for Koutons and Charlie Outlaw, focusing on business development and media planning. Bharat began the career in merchandising with Ebony Retail Holdings Limited. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Apparel Marketing and Merchandising Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
