Brady Sinclair

Brady Sinclair is an experienced agricultural professional with a strong background in greenhouse management and crop production. Currently serving as Corporate Head Grower and Manager at Springworks Farm since March 2023, Brady previously held the role of Head Grower/Facility Manager and Operations Manager at Village Farms from November 2021 to March 2023. Brady's extensive career at Backyard Farms from December 2008 to November 2021 included various positions such as Grower, Assistant Grower/IPM, and Crop Care Labor Manager, where responsibilities involved overseeing tomato greenhouse production, managing labor, and ensuring crop health through effective climate control and irrigation practices. Brady holds educational credentials from the University of Florida and Nicolet Area Technical College.
