James Finchen

James Finchen has a comprehensive work experience, spanning several roles and industries. James began their career as a Shareholder Services Correspondent at J&W Seligman from October 1999 to October 2000. James then joined Forest Laboratories, where they held various positions including Senior Sales Analyst, Associate Manager of Data Reporting & Analytics, Senior Manager of Commercial & Government Contract Development, Managed Care & Clinical Research Legal Clerk, and Associate Corporate Counsel. James worked at Forest Laboratories from October 2000 to March 2014. Following this, they joined Alkermes, where they served as Contracts Counsel, Director of Contracts Counsel, and Senior Director of Contracts Counsel from March 2014 to July 2020. Recently, they joined SpringWorks Therapeutics as Senior Director of Corporate Counsel in July 2020 and then promoted to Vice President of Corporate Counsel in January 2022.

James Finchen attended Boston College from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing. James then pursued their Juris Doctor degree at Brooklyn Law School from 2004 to 2008.
