Lei Chen

Lei Chen has an extensive background in translational medicine and oncology research, currently serving as Senior Director of Translational Medicine at SpringWorks Therapeutics from May 2022 to December 2024, after previously holding the role of Director in the same field. Prior experience includes positions at Boehringer Ingelheim as Lab Head and Senior Principal Scientist in the Genomics Lab from July 2020 to May 2022, and over two decades at Pfizer, where Lei Chen progressed from Research Scientist III in Infectious Diseases to Senior Principal Scientist in Oncology Research & Development. Lei Chen holds a PhD from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fudan University.
