Troy Chaput

Troy Chaput has over 30 years of experience in supply chain management and strategy, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Troy currently serves as the Director of Commercial Supply Chain at SpringWorks Therapeutics. Prior to this, they worked at AveXis, Inc. as the Director of Supply Chain Strategy, where they were responsible for global supply chain strategy and the development of innovative solutions. Troy also held roles at Optel Group as the Business Director of Intelligent Supply Chain and as an Account Director, where they collaborated with industry leaders and customers to improve supply chain platforms. Troy has experience in consulting as well, having worked at Clarkston Consulting as the Manager of the Life Sciences Vertical, where they led various engagements including packaging serialization implementations. Troy also has senior level procurement experience, serving as the Director of Supply Chain Sourcing at Forest Laboratories. Troy has a strong entrepreneurial background as well, having founded and operated their own consulting business, TAC PHARMA CONSULTING, where they provided supply chain and procurement strategy services to pharmaceutical companies. Troy began their career at GLAXOSMITHKLINE, where they held various roles including Senior Contract and Supply Manager and Senior Packaging Engineer.

Troy Chaput received a Bachelor of Science degree in School of Packaging from Michigan State University. Troy then went on to earn their MBA in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Prior to their higher education, they attended Kimball High School.
