Yashwanth Jembige

Yashwanth Jembige has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Yashwanth started their career in 2001 as a Manager of Business Development at Sierra Optima Limited. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Manager of Customer Relations at TeN - Transversal e-Networks Private Limited. Following this, they founded TalentCue in 2013, where they served as the Founder until 2019. In 2015, they became the Head of SpringRole India at SpringRole Inc. Yashwanth also founded Edujini Labs Pvt. Ltd. in 2005 and served as the Founder until 2020. Yashwanth later joined Furnome as the Head of Operations from 2016 to 2020. In 2018, Yashwanth became an Advisory Committee Board Member at Jssate / Education nationale. Yashwanth then worked at HireSure.ai as the VP from 2019 to 2021, before taking on their current role as the Vice President of Business at Springworks, starting in 2021. Throughout their career, Yashwanth has demonstrated skills in strategic partnerships, business development, marketing, and team leadership.

Yashwanth Jembige holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University. Yashwanth also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from Bharatidasan University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Yashwanth also pursued an MBA in Marketing from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. Additionally, they completed their high school education at St. Marys High School, KGF.
