Anil Singh

Anil Singh has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Anil is currently working as a Program Manager - Product at Sprinklr since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at NTT DATA Services as a Delivery Associate Director from March 2020 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for telecom delivery lead for a US-based healthcare account and successfully migrated from legacy on-premise PBX systems to a hybrid cloud-based model.

Before that, Anil Singh worked at airtel as an Engineering Project Manager from March 2017 to March 2020. Anil managed the digital transformation of the contact center and customer experience project and drove PAN India CCT operations for various lines of business of Bharti Airtel.

Earlier in their career, Anil Singh worked at Avaya as a Technical Support Engineer, providing resolution to critical incidents and remote implementation support of Avaya products. Anil also served as a Senior Technical Specialist at Avaya.

Anil Singh started their career as a System Engineer at Tech Mahindra in 2014 and later worked as an Engineer Technology at Wipro from July 2011 to January 2014.

Anil Singh obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their XII from Kendriya Vidyalaya, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Anil also completed their 10th Standard from St. Vishna RRN School Allahabad. Additionally, Anil Singh has obtained several certifications, including Agile SCRUM Master Certificate, Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist (ACIS) on Avaya Aura Communication Manager and CM Messaging, Nice Certified System Administrator (NCSA) on Nice perform 4.1 Recording Solution, Avaya Call Management System Implementation & Maintenance, Microsoft Cognitive Services for Developers, Learning Amazon Connect, and Agile Project Management with Jira Cloud: 1 Projects, Boards, and Issues. Anil also holds the National Cadet Corps (NCC) "C" Certification from the Indian Army.
