Aya El-Shenawy has a diverse range of work experience. Aya started their career in 2014 as an International Account Advisor at Vodafone, where they managed customer service tasks and provided an elevated customer experience. Aya then moved on to the role of Subject Matter Expert, where they launched a new Vodafone site and trained new employees. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Relation Representative at Vodafone, investigating and resolving customer complaints.

In 2016, Aya became an Interim Performance Manager at VODAFONE UK LIMITED, where they hired and trained team members, set objectives, analyzed call center metrics, and resolved service delivery issues. Aya later worked at Apple as a Contact Center Support, managing customer service tasks and providing efficient support to customers.

In 2019, Aya joined the Ministry of Education - UAE as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where they coordinated the creation of digital content. Aya then became the Digital Analysis Team Lead, providing objective analysis of digital data and managing team performance.

From 2020 to 2022, Aya worked at Alnafitha IT as a Marketing Intelligence Executive and later as a Customer Success Manager. In these roles, they established trusted relationships with clients, identified their needs, and developed success plans to achieve their business objectives.

Currently, Aya is working at Sprinklr as a Success Manager.

Aya El-Shenawy completed their Bachelor's degree in Law at Ain Shams University from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in modern research, including audience research, brand research, crisis research, and lead generation from Sprinklr in October 2022.
