Bethany Hackenyos

Bethany Hackenyos has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles. Bethany is currently working at Sprinklr as a Principal Product Success Manager, focusing on advertising. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead Product Success Manager, also in advertising, at the same company. Before joining Sprinklr, Bethany worked at The Mom Project as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Bethany previously spent two years at Sprinklr as a Product Success Manager, again in the advertising department. Prior to that, Bethany worked at Nanigans, where they held roles such as Team Lead & Product Specialist and Senior Account Manager. Bethany began their career at PowerAdvocate, where they worked in Strategy & Marketing, handling tasks such as event planning, digital marketing activities, and collateral creation. Bethany also gained experience at Vinely, A Redstar Ventures Company, where they participated in brand development and managed customer service communications. Their earliest role was at P.C. Klose & Associates, where they worked as an Associate, Independent Agent, analyzing life insurance and annuity programs and assisting in client acquisition efforts.

Bethany Hackenyos obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Bethany also holds additional certifications in Customer Success and Account Manager (quota carrying), which they obtained from Sales Assembly in May 2022 and March 2022, respectively.
