Celisa Jorge is a Senior Security Analyst in the GRC Customer Trust team at Sprinklr, bringing over 20 years of experience in IT, with more than 17 years focused on Information Security. They have led corporate audits and actively supported customer audits, excelling in developing and managing security policies aligned with international standards such as GDPR and ISO/IEC 27000. Celisa was awarded The CIO Challenge Coin from IBM for outstanding leadership in security implementation. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA in Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management, alongside a postgraduate specialization in Information Security.
