Ishan Kapadia

Ishan Kapadia is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Sprinklr since December 2024, specializing in design management and user experience. Prior to this role, Ishan held various positions at Whatfix from December 2020 to October 2023, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Lead Product Designer, with a focus on Figma software and implementing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Experience also includes serving as Lead UX Designer at Deloitte for a Life Sciences SaaS solution and as Senior User Experience Architect at EYEY, alongside earlier roles at YUJ Designs as a User Experience Designer. Ishan holds a Master’s degree in Product Design and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design & Development from the University of the West of Scotland.
