John Burton

John Burton is a Senior Learning Development Consultant at Sprinklr, starting in March 2023 after a two-decade career in Product Management. Burton has transitioned back to education and training, having previously taught business computer courses at Central Michigan University and continued to instruct online SAP courses while employed at SAP. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at Sinch and various positions at SAP, culminating in Senior Director of Product Management for SAP Contact Center. Burton holds a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University.
