John Kulsick

John Kulsick has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. John started their career as a Writing Tutor at Boston College in 2000 and later worked as a Reading Teacher at the Institute of Reading Development in 2001. From 2002 to 2008, John served as a Math Teacher at the New England Adolescent Research Institute.

In 2008, they joined Kinex Medical Company as a Trainer/Corporate Guide and remained in that role until 2011. During this time, John also worked as an Instructional Design Contractor at Quidsi Inc., providing e-learning development and graphic art support for the Training Department.

In 2012, John became the Associate Director of Knowledge Enablement at Sprinklr, a role in which they developed and delivered training programs for client, partner, and internal teams. John managed a team of Field Trainers and Knowledge Architects and collaborated with executives and stakeholders to ensure effective training initiatives. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Senior Director of Curriculum; Culture & Talent at Sprinklr, where they focused on developing learning programs and ensuring alignment of content across various audiences.

John Kulsick began their education at ABRHS from 1991 to 1995, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. John then attended Saint Michael's College from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Following their undergraduate studies, John went on to Boston College from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Masters of Arts degree in English. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications, such as the Sprinklr Location Analyst Pro and Sprinklr Product Analyst Pro from Sprinklr in October 2020, the Forrester CX Pro (CX-I) from Forrester in January 2020, and several others from LinkedIn in 2019 and 2017 related to strategic thinking, agile project management, and energy management for sustainable high performance.
