Jonathan Kaufman

Jonathan Kaufman is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in financial services and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Sprinklr since March 2019, Jonathan leads the management of the largest financial services clients in the North East, overseeing a $30 million franchise developed from inception to multi-million dollar accounts. Previously, Jonathan held notable roles at Salesforce as a Global Client Director and Enterprise Key Account Executive, demonstrating a track record of exceeding quotas and managing strategic accounts like State Street Bank. Additional experience includes positions at ClickSoftware, Oracle, Smith & Nephew, and Aesculap, where Jonathan developed expertise in customer experience solutions and field sales training. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Emmanuel College in Boston.
