Merlvin Tan

Merlvin Tan is an experienced sales professional currently serving as Large Enterprise Sales at Sprinklr since June 2025. Prior to this role, Merlvin was the Sales Director for South East Asia and India at Bird, overseeing Enterprise and SMB Sales and managing a team of Account Executives. With extensive experience in business development, Merlvin has focused on the BFSI, Telco, eCommerce, and Government sectors across the APAC region. Previous positions include Global Account Manager at Singtel, where responsibilities included managing solutions for global accounts and developing account strategies, and various roles at Optus Pty Ltd and NCS Pte Ltd, honing skills in sales and operational strategy. Merlvin co-founded Fixir, a startup aimed at connecting drivers with reliable car repair services, and began a career in corporate finance as an intern at PrimePartners Corporate Finance. Merlvin holds a Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance & Marketing from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and has studied at Copenhagen Business School and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
