Nicolas Joubin has extensive experience in customer success and sales, spanning various industries and regions.

Starting in 2010, they began their career as a Junior Finance Officer at Tourcom, where they analyzed competition between travel agencies and updated legal and fiscal documents.

In 2011, Nicolas worked at Les Echos as a Junior Logistics Coordinator and Junior Product Manager.

Nicolas then joined CMG Sports Club in 2012, working as a Salesman and Receptionist, selling gym memberships and managing the petty cash fund.

In 2013, Nicolas had a short stint at Telligo as a Sales Administrator.

Nicolas interned at Asiajet International in 2014, serving as a Junior Product Manager and Junior Business Development Manager, creating and selling tailor-made tours and packages in Southeast Asia.

Later that year, Nicolas became a Business Developer at Futera FZ LLC, overseeing website and IT developments, reporting procedures, and managing promotional work for their Premier League Clubs' relationships in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Sales Manager and Event Consultant at Angage, where they developed sales and turnover within the APAC region and managed relationships with clients such as Toyota, Singtel, and Caterpillar.

In 2018, Nicolas joined SpotMe as an Account Manager APAC, navigating and closing complex large enterprise deals with clients like Red Hat and Bank of America.

Nicolas then moved to Aircall in 2020 as a Senior Customer Success Manager, growing and nurturing a €2 million portfolio of European unicorns and large companies.

Currently, they hold the position of Success Manager at Sprinklr since 2022, and will transition to Senior Success Manager in April 2023.

Nicolas Joubin pursued their education at various institutions, starting in 2009. Nicolas attended ESCE International Business School from 2009 to 2014, where they completed a Master's Degree in International Business Administration and Supply Chain Management. In 2013, they briefly attended Drexel University to study Business Administration and Management. Additionally, in 2010 and 2011, Nicolas Joubin studied Economics and Business at Universidad CEU San Pablo.
