Rohit Munjal

Rohit Munjal has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Rohit is currently the CHRO- APAC & India at Sprinklr. Prior to this, they held various positions at Ola, including SVP & Group-Chief Human Resources Officer- Ola Electric| Mobility, VP and Head HR-Ola Fleet Technologies, and Sr Director- HR Business Partner. Their responsibilities at Ola included leading HR for sales operations, marketing, and category client groups, with a focus on utilizing data sciences and product interventions to enhance customer and partner experiences.

Before Ola, Rohit worked at GE, where they served as HR Leader for healthcare services, IT, and process excellence in South Asia. Rohit also held roles as HR Leader for aviation, transportation, and healthcare IT and process excellence groups, as well as Human Resource Leader for the GE Energy Business. Earlier in their career, Rohit worked at Infosys as an Employee Relations Manager, and at Msource (Mphasis BPO) as an HR Manager.

Rohit began their career at Voltas Limited as a Sales Engineer, where they gained experience in selling textile machinery and actively engaging in sales and marketing.

Rohit Munjal completed their B.Tech degree in Textiles from The Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences between 1993 and 1997. Rohit furthered their education and obtained a degree in PMIR (Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) from XLRI Jamshedpur, specializing in HRD, IR, OE, OD, OB, and Employee Engagement, between 2001 and 2003.
