Shrikant Bhor

Shrikant Bhor has extensive work experience in various industries. Shrikant is currently working at Sprinklr as the Manager of Analytics & Insights, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead Analytics and Insights at Sprinklr from October 2022 to May 2023. Before joining Sprinklr, Shrikant worked as a Senior Insights Analyst at the company from May 2021 to October 2022.

In 2020, Shrikant gained valuable experience through multiple internships and projects. Shrikant worked as a Field Immersion Intern at Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd in December 2020 to January 2021. Shrikant also served as a Field Immersion Intern at Future Generali India Life Insurance from October 2020 to December 2020. Before this, Shrikant worked as an Associate (Project Management Expertise) at ZS from October 2017 to May 2019. At ZS, they were involved in revenue management consulting projects, where they developed data visualization and analysis tools, automated stakeholder report auditing, optimized SLA tracking time, implemented feedback mechanisms, and managed project KPIs/SLAs. Shrikant also worked on a pharma MR sales data dashboard development project, managing infrastructure projects across five countries.

Earlier in their career, Shrikant served as a Project Coordinator at FIGmd, Inc. from July 2015 to August 2017. Shrikant began their professional journey as an Engineering Trainee at Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (Ministry of Shipping, Govt of India) in June 2012 to July 2012.

Shrikant Bhor completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering at Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering in an unspecified year prior to 2015. From 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organization Development, Change, and Leadership at Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
