Yash Soni

Yash Soni is a seasoned technology professional with over a decade of experience in engineering and product development. Since joining Sprinklr in November 2012, Yash has advanced from Senior Frontend Developer to Vice President of Engineering, leading initiatives such as the development of the Frontend core for Sprinklr's Advertisement capabilities and focusing on enhancing advertising experiences through the unification of paid, owned, and earned activities. Prior experience includes co-founding KinectoTherapy, which aimed to make rehabilitation engaging through motion-sensing games, and serving as a Research Scholar at Millee, where motion sensing technology was utilized to enhance learning experiences. Yash began the professional journey at Playpower, creating educational games designed for accessible technology. Yash holds a Bachelor's of Technology in Information Technology from the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology.
