Chas Martin

Chas Martin is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both brokerage and property management. As a Real Estate Broker at Sprinkman Real Estate since February 2015, Chas provides comprehensive services for sellers and buyers, leveraging local expertise and advanced technology for an efficient and engaging real estate process. In addition, Chas owns and manages student and vacation rentals through Vilas Ave. Properties/Martin Lake Properties, demonstrating a hands-on approach by personally renovating and optimizing properties for rental or sale. Prior experience as a teacher at Kids Express Learning Center from June 2007 to February 2010 involved creating diverse educational activities for young children.
